Sheria isipofata mkondo wake, nitaandaa maandamano-Baswalehe
SHEHE MKUU wa Msikiti wa Idrisa, Ali Baswalehe, ameitaka Mahakama ya Ilala ipitie upya hukumu waliyoitoa wiki iliyopita na kinyume na hapo ataandaa maandamano dhidi ya hukumu hiyo.
Shehe Baswalehe ameitaka mahakama hiyo, kupitia upya hukumu hiyo dhidi ya Bw. Ali aliyehukumiwa alhamisi wa wiki iliyopita kwenda jela miezi sita kwa kukaidi kuvua kofia aina ya BALAGHASHEA mahakamani.
Hayo aliyasema mwishoni mwa wiki, mara baada ya kumalizika swala ya Ijumaa katika msikiti huo wakati alipokuwa akizungumza na waumini waliohudhuria ibada hiyo.
Alisema” mshitakiwa amefungwa kwa kuvaa balaghashee mahakamani? Huo ni uonevu, kwani hakimu huyo ameonekana anapinga vazi hilo la kiislamu, na ametumia cheo chake kumkandamiza kwa kupinga vazi hilo
Hivyo shehe Baswalehe aliitaka vyombo husika kupitia upya hukumu hiyo na endapo itagundulika amefungwa kwa ajili amevaa balaghashee hakimu huyo itabidid achukuliwe hatua, na endapo suala hilo halitapitiwa upya basi ataandaa maandamano kumtetea mshitakiwa huyo aachiwe huru kwa kuwa kuvaa kofia hiyo sio kosa.
Hakimu Mwafosya wa mahakama hiyo, alimuhukumu mshitakiwa . Ali aliyefikishwa mahakamani hapo kwa kesi ya wizi na hakimu huyo alimtaka mshitakiwa huyo avue kofia hiyo mahakamani na mshitakiwa huyo alikaidi na kuvua kofia hiyo mahakamani na hakimu huyo kutoa hukumu hiyo.

Mshitakiwa: siivui kwani hii ni vazi kama mavazi mengine ya kitanzania
Baada ya majibu hayo kutoka kwa mshitakiwa huyo hakimu huyo alitoa adhabu ya kwenda jela miezi sita kwa kukaidi kuvua kofia hiyo mahakamani.

In the United States, the kanzu is sold as an Omani thobe, Emirati thobe, or Yemini dishdasha. A white kanzu and suit jacket or blazer is the formal wear of Swahili peoples.

There is the kufi, which is worn with the grand boubou. The West African robe is called a Senegalese kaftan. The traditional wedding attire is the dashiki suit. The traditional women's attire is the kaftan or the wrapper
