Need advice about not smoking after mea

First and foremost, change your routine. If you're used to relaxing in front of the TV with a smoke after a meal, do the dishes and take a walk instead. Try at least for awhile to stay away from really spicy stuff, that was always a trigger for me. Drink LOTS of water. Change your diet as much as you can to vegetables and fruits. Best thing I ever did was start taking walks after dinner rather than grabbing a cig.
