Kwasababu kila mtu anakuwa huru katika kuamuwa kukupenda ama kutokupenda. Jambo hilo linatokana na chaguo la moyo. Chaguo la moyo katika kupenda au kupendwa linatokana na kuridhishwa na matendo, maneno, hisia na muonekano wa nafsi baina ya nafsi mbili zenye mada husika.



Kukumbuka kwamba unaweza kumpenda mtu, kutokana na mavazi, umbo na matendo yake. Ustarabu unatokana na kuishi katika mazingira yenye kukupa utulivu na kuleta amani katika jamii. Lazima ukubali kwamba unapoombakitu si lazima upewe kutokana nakosa hili, watu wengi wamejikuta katika utata wa kulazimisha penzi kwa maneno, vitisho ama kwa zawadi.



Hakuna upendo wa kufosiwa (kulazimishwa), bali upendo unatokana na maridhiano yaliopo baina ya nafsi mbili zinazopendana maishani. Ukilazimisha penzi mwisho wa siku utajikuta ukiishi kwa malalamiko ya kusalitiwa. Kusalitiwa kunatokana na upungufu wa faida ya nafsi inayo kusaliti. Kuwa huru katika kumchagua mpenzi wala usilazimishe penzi, usije ukajikuta katika utata wa maumivu ya kusalitiwa baadae.

Huwezi kujua kupenda ama kupendwa bila kuwa hai, lazima uwe hai ili uweze kushuhudia ulimwengu wa kupenda na kupendwa maishani. Huwezi kumpenda mtu bila faida juu yake, lazima faida iwepo.

Unaweza kupenda kutokana na maneno, matendo, umbo au hisia juu ya yule unaemtamani. Unaweza kumtamani mtu kutokana na anavyo vaa, anavyotembea, matendo yake katika jamii, uaminifu ama hisia yako, unapokuwa nae.

Hip and Thigh Exercises


When it comes to lower body functional exercises, the crossover step up is at the top of the list. This move works the glutes (both the gluteus medius and maximums) through all planes of motion with a focus on lateral movement. This lateral movement engages the hips in a different way than traditional step ups, involving both internal and external rotation while working on your coordination and balance. This is a bit of an awkward move so, if you have knee, hip or ankle problems, you may want to skip it. Starting with a lower platform may also help you perfect your form.

Stand with your left side facing a step, bench or platform. If you're more advanced, try a height where your thigh is parallel to the floor as you're stepping.
Hold weights for added intensity, if desired.
Lift the right leg and cross it over the left, placing the foot flat on the step or platform.
Keep your hips square to the front of the room as you press up with the right leg, bringing the left foot beside the right on the bench.
Step back down with the left foot and repeat for 1-3 sets of 8-16 reps.

Most recently, she had a starring role in the film Forgetting Sarah Marshall where she had to wear a bikini during the majority of the film. Because she knew about the bikini-bearing role she decided to get in shape before filming.

Lower Abdominal Exercises





lower abdominal exercisesThe lower abdominal area seems to cause the most anguish among those who want a flat stomach. Pregnancy, childbirth, excessive beer, whatever causes it…..the lower abdominals seem to be the least responsive and the most trouble.

The fact is, however, that there is not “lower abdominal” muscles and “upper abdominal” muscles. There are four main abdominal muscles and they are not separated by “upper” and “lower”. The four main abdominal muscles are:




1. Transversus abdominus – the deepest muscle layer. Its main roles are to stabilize the trunk and maintain internal abdominal pressure.
2. Rectus abdominus – located between the ribs and the pubic bone at the front of the pelvis. This muscle has the characteristic bumps or bulges, when contracting, that are commonly called ‘the six pack’. (you know what we all want!) The main function of the rectus abdominus is to move the body between the ribcage and the pelvis.
3. External oblique muscles – these are on each side of the rectus abdominus. The external oblique muscles allow the trunk to twist, but to the opposite side of whichever external oblique is contracting. For example, the right external oblique contracts to turn the body to the left.
4. Internal oblique muscles – these flank the rectus abdominus, and are located just inside the hip-bones. They operate in the opposite way to the external oblique muscles. For example, twisting the trunk to the left requires the left hand side internal oblique and the right hand side external oblique to contract together.

Traditional sit-ups, where the feet are anchored and the upper body is lifted completely up from the reclining position, tend to work the hip flexor muscles more than the abdominal muscles so they are really quite ineffective. Crunches that emphasize the upper part of the muscles or reverse crunches which will emphasize the lower abdominals are much more effective. There are also many other very effective ways to work your abdominal muscles.

Do some research and develop a program. Work your abdominal program consistently and you will see results.

Most Effective Ab Exercise: Bicycle


It's important to remember that, while ab exercises won't get rid of fat from the belly, a strong core is important for keeping your body healthy and protecting your spine.

The most effective ab exercises start with the bicycle, which is the best move for targeting the rectus abdominis (i.e., the 'six pack') and the obliques (the waist), according to the study.

Lie face up on your mat and place your hands behind your head, lightly supporting it with your fingers.
Bring the knees in to the chest and lift the shoulder blades off the floor without pulling on the neck.
Rotate to the left, bringing the right elbow towards the left knee as you straighten the other leg.
Switch sides, bringing the left elbow towards the right knee.
Continue alternating sides in a 'pedaling' motion for 1-3 sets of 12-16 reps.

Mini Biography


Muammar Abu Meniar el-Gaddafi was born in the North African desert, south of Sirte, Libya in 1942. (The exact date is unknown although some sources day June 1, while others say sometime in September.) The son of a poor Bedouin nomad, Gaddafi lived in his family's remote desert camp until he went away to school at age 9.

While a student at a secondary school at Sebha, Gaddafi was inspired by the speeches of Egyptian President Gamal Abdul Nasser and he became a committed Arab nationalist. Gaddafi organized his fellow students into revolutionary study groups at Sebha; he continued the practice at the University of Libya in Tripoli, where he received a history degree in 1963. Following his graduation, Gaddafi entered the Libyan Military Academy in Benghazi where he found many of the cadets were sympathetic to his anti-Western nationalism.

Commissioned into the Libyan army in 1965, he began laying groundwork for an overthrow of the Libyan monarch, King Idris, whom he considered a pawn of the Western European nations. Within four years, Gaddafi took control of the army and on September 1, 1969, he seized power in a carefully planned coup. Assuming command of the government as chairman of the ruling Revolutionary Council, Gaddafi declared himself commander-in-chief of Libya's armed forces and its government, with the rank of colonel.

Gaddafi soon began implementing his long-dreamed plans for Libya by nationalizing all foreign banks and oil companies and insisting on closing down all European military bases in Libya. In 1970, Gaddafi seized the private assets of Libya's Italian and Jewish residents, driving them from the country.

Since assuming power, Gaddafi has given heavy support to a wide variety of terrorist groups and regimes including: Iran, Iraq, Syria, Uganda, the Palestine Liberation Organization and its sub-groups, as well as the Irish Republican Army. Heavily supported by the Soviet Union, he fought a unsuccessful war against Egypt and a disastrous war against Chad and its ally France for control of the northern regions of Chad, attempting to force the French out of Chad.

Gaddafi has provoked several incidents with the USA, one of which led to an American retaliatory bombing raid on his headquarters in Tripoli on April 15, 1986. Gaddafi escaped with only minor injuries.

In 1988, agents of Gaddafi's government exploded a bomb on Pan Am Flight 103 over Lockerbie Scotland, killing over 200 people.

After the September 11th, 2001 terrorist attacks on the United States, Gaddafi worked to improve his relationship with the West. In exchange for his help in tracking down Islamic militants his government received concessions from the West including the easing of various restrictions placed against it due to his terrorism of the 1980s.

In 2011, as part of the "Arab Spring", major civil unrest broke out in Libya aimed at removing Gaddafi from power. Gaddafi began a violent action against his own people and a civil war ensued with Gaddafi forces on one side and freedom fighters, with air and logistical support from NATO, on the other. After an eight month civil war, Gaddafi was captured by rebels in his hometown of Serte, and was executed.
